I felt the need to name my blog 'Writing, as well as talking, can ease emotions.' because there are a few things id like to share!

I feel I may as well start it on a happy note! This summer so far has been a mental roller coaster! At the start of the summer, I got home from university (Leeds Met) which is now being changed to Leeds Carnegie which I personally do not like. That means next year we will graduate under that name instead of Leeds Met HM I wonder how that will look on every ones certificates. bit like crap to be honest!

Well little did I know that I would become a MASSIVE jet setter round England loads this summer! 'Ull be going to Scotland for your first job' said the guy on the phone to me.' when he asked me to fill in for another girl in the merchandising job I applied for, which is how it all started!
The next day, went up to Scotland with two other people from Manchester, I was asking so many questions, didn't know what on earth I was going to but in that's three hours it took to get to Glasgow I had found out that the guy in the car with me travels round with bands like the yeah yeah yeahs on their tours ,stopping for food and we got pulled over by the police for speeding (they were following us for miles down the motorway) and got a fine!
Eventually got to Glasgow and went straight to Asda (which is where we were apparently refitting the clothes department) and got stuck in. Was the weirdest job Ive ever done in my life!
I was considering dropping out of the job on the very first week but I stuck to it..
I think the lesson here is 'Great ability develops and reveals itself increasingly with every new assignment' this is a quote I found by Baltasar Grecian, but basically with everything time u stick to something you may not like for at least a while you 1.May end up liking it 2. You may gain something from it in the long run. So for all those people who give up whatever it is, after just one go, try again...

As I am a girl I think too much, I think other girls can relate.. but when a special person you happen to like takes you out one night for drinks treats you like a princess, then turns completely around either the next day or a few days after.. You just don't end up appreciate it anyway so why ask to take them out in the first place huh? Guys and girls lead on others too much these days.

Anyway to top it all off

I realised the other day.. that Ive been having an amazing summer just because I have incredible friends,some live far, a few live near, but i just appreciate everyone being their for me, you know who you are!!
